Enlighting Energy is a California-licensed energy efficiency contractor specializing in commercial and industrial LED lighting retrofits, HVAC upgrades, heat pump water heater installations, compressed air optimization, industrial processes enhancement, and solar installations. We serve commercial businesses, industrial facilities, K-12 school districts, community colleges, universities, municipalities, public agencies, and multifamily housing providers across California — with a focus on identifying and capturing the full stack of available energy incentives so our clients pay as little as possible for upgrades that deliver lasting savings.
The team has focused exclusively on transforming commercial and industrial facilities through comprehensive energy optimization solutions since 2014. Most energy contractors install equipment. Enlighting installs equipment and manages money. The incentive landscape in California — SoCalREN, TECH Clean California, SCE, PG&E, LADWP, SoCalGas rebates, CalSHAPE, Proposition 39, federal IRA credits, and the 179D commercial buildings deduction — is complex enough that most facility managers either miss programs entirely or spend significant internal resources navigating them.
